Calling in an absence:
If a student will be absent from school, it is the responsibility of the student’s parent/guardian to notify the middle school office. The process for notifying the school of the student’s absence should be followed as outlined below:
- The parent/guardian should call Mrs. Lisa Mason in the Middle School Office at (201) 393‐ 8170, no later than 8:30am (notification after 8:45am will be considered truant). If there is no answer, please leave a message on the voicemail system.
- The information provided should include the student’s name, grade, and a callback phone number to reach the parent/ guardian. It is our top priority to ensure the safety of our students at all times. PLEASE BE SURE TO CALL IN ALL ABSENCES!

Door #15 - MS Student Entrance ONLY
7:15am‐3:15pm ‐ All Parents, Guardians, and Visitors must use Door #1 on Boulevard (Main Entrance)
