Genesis is the academic portal for students, parents and staff for student records. Both students and parents each have a username/login to access the account. The student schedule along with grades and upcoming assignments can be found in the Genesis account.
Student and Parent Portal accounts are automatically created when you register in an HHSD school. Student username is your school email address . Parent username is the email address used when registering your child with the school. Temporary passwords will be emailed to your respective account and then you can change it to a personal password. Please look for a Welcome e-mail from the portal.

Student Email
All students will recieve an email account. The assigned email address is the student's last name, then the first name, followed by @hhscshools.org (e.g. doejane@hhschools.org)
To access your school email account:
Go to www.gmail.com
Enter your username (which is your email address)
Enter your password (which is your password you use to log on to the Chromebook)
