The Drama Club brings together students who share a passion for theater and all aspects of the performing arts. Drama Club promotes learning about theater through the production of a play by middle school student actors during the fall semester and a musical for high school students during the spring semester. It also strives to foster an appreciation of all arts disciplines and promotes artistic growth within the organization itself and throughout the greater school community. Membership is open to all students. All high school students are encouraged to participate in the fall middle school production as crew members and production staff. Participation as a performer in the spring high school musical is by audition only. Drama Club provides opportunities for students to develop their performance and production skills and participate in team building, project-based learning and peer mentoring through arts in education experiences.
