The Marching band is open to students that play musical instruments entering grades 7 through 12. It is essentially a fall activity that begins with a week-long camp in August and runs through early December. We perform a half time show at all home and away varsity football games and march in two parades a year including a holiday parade in November and the Memorial Day parade in May.
Marching band is an activity that offers a great deal for all students involved. Students continue to develop many desirable qualities that include becoming more proficient on their instrument, developing a sense of commitment, respect for others and for hard work, pride, teamwork and long lasting friendships.
